Delivery
We deliver parts and consumables across Pakistan. Delivery time and cost depend on your city, the size of the order and the item. We confirm both with you before you pay.
Large equipment is delivered and installed by arrangement, as part of your quote.
Order Processing
After you send your order we confirm price and availability, then arrange dispatch. We tell you if an item has to be ordered in.
Checking Your Order
Please check the package when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible, with photos.
Returns
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Items that were installed, used or opened may not be returnable, because parts and consumables must be handled with care. Ask us before you order if you are unsure about compatibility.
Compatibility
Please send your machine model and the part number so we can confirm the part fits before dispatch.
